摘　　要：目的:探讨左西替利嗪胶囊联合氯苯吡胺对接触性皮炎患者趋化因子IP-10、Eotaxin mRNA表达的影响。方法:选择2016年3月~2017年9月治疗的接触性皮炎患者72例作为对象,按随机数字表分为对照组(n=36)与观察组(n=36)。两组均给予常规方法治疗,对照组再给予左西替利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组则联合氯苯吡胺治疗,治疗1个月后对疗效进行评估,比较两组症状消失时间、趋化因子IP-10、Eotaxin mRNA表达及药物安全性。结果:观察组治疗后皮肤瘙痒、红斑、皮肤干燥、灼热感、刺痛感、丘疹疼痛消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1个月趋化因子IP-10水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间恶心腹泻、肝肾功能异常、血压波动、皮肤瘀斑、出血倾向发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:将左西替利嗪胶囊联合氯苯吡胺用于接触性皮炎患者中改善趋化因子IP-10水平,安全性较高,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of levocetirizine capsule combined with chlorpheniramine on the expression of chemokines IP-10 and Eotaxin mRNA in patients with contact dermatitis.Method Seventy-two patients with contact dermatitis treated from March 2016 to September 2017 were enrolled.A ccording to the random number table,they were divided into control group(n=36)and observation group(n=36).The two groups were treated with conventional methods.The control group was treated with levocetirizine capsules.The observation group was treated with chlorpheniramine.The effect of the patients was evaluated after one month of treatment.The disappearance time and chemokine IP-10,Eotaxin mRNA expression and drug safety of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the skin itching,erythema,dry skin,burning sensation,tingling sensation and papule pain disappeared in the observation group,which were shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The chemokine IP-10 was observed in the observation group 1 month after treatment.The level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of nausea and diarrhea,liver and kidney abnormalities,blood pressure fluctuation,skin ecchymosis and bleeding tendency during the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Levocetirizine capsule combined with chlorpheniramine is an effective method for improving the level of chemokine IP-10 in patients with contact dermatitis.It is worthy of popularization and application.
