二次剖宫产术应用不同椎管内麻醉方法的对比分析

摘　　要：目的:讨论二次剖宫产术应用蛛网膜下腔阻滞-硬膜外联合阻滞和单纯硬膜外阻滞的效果。方法:选取需二次剖宫产的产妇68例,根据随机的原则分为施行蛛网膜下腔阻滞-硬膜外联合阻滞的试验组以及施行单纯硬膜外阻滞的对照组。对两组的麻醉效果实行比较。结果:试验组的麻醉起效时间小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组中医生对于产妇麻醉后肌肉松弛的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组中患者的满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对二次剖宫产的产妇采取蛛网膜下腔阻滞-硬膜外联合阻滞,不但麻醉的起效时间短,肌肉松弛度好,而且患者的满意度高,故具有重要的临床意义,值得推广。Objective To discuss the effect of combined spinal-epidural block and simple epidural block in secondary cesarean section.Method Sixty-eight parturients with secondary cesarean section were selected.According to the principle of randomization,they were divided into two groups:the experimental group with combined spinal-epidural block and the control group with simple epidural block.The effects of anesthesia between the two groups were compared.Results The onset time of anesthesia in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the doctors in the experimental group with muscle relaxation after anesthesia was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined spinal-epidural block for the parturients with secondary cesarean section not only has a short onset time of anesthesia,but also has a good degree of muscle relaxation,and the satisfaction of the patient is high,so it has important clinical significance and is worth popularizing.
