摘　　要：随着科学技术的不断发展,会计行业已经开始逐步应用信息化手段,而提高信息化环境下会计应用水平的关键在于从业人员的业务能力。本文以信息化在会计工作中的应用为切入点,结合大数据时代,对大数据技术在会计领域的运用及解决措施进行进一步探索,提出“全链化”发展人才的思路。为提高合肥市会计人员信息数据处理能力,为会计全行业从业人员的未来职业发展方向提供参考意见。With the continuous development of science and technology,the accounting industry has begun to gradually apply informatization means,and the key to improve the level of accounting application under the informatization environment lies in the professional ability of accountants.Starting from the application of informatization in accounting work,combined with the Big Data Era,this paper further explores the application and solutions of big data technology in the field of accounting,puts forward the idea of"full chain"of talent development,in order to improve the information and data processing ability of accounts in Hefei city and provide reference opinions for the future career development direction of accounts in the whole industry.
