新型锦纶棕丝纺牵联合设备探究

摘　　要：目前国内纺锦纶棕丝的主要是二步法的纺丝牵伸设备,该品种的一步法纺丝牵伸设备在国内仍是空白,北京中丽制机工程技术有限公司,在锦纶分纤母丝的一步法纺牵设备拥有较成熟的技术和产品,为开发国产新型锦纶棕丝纺牵联合设备奠定了基础。文章介绍了一种新型锦纶棕丝纺牵联合设备的结构特征和参数。重点对研制锦纶棕丝纺牵联合设备的技术要点和配置进行了论述。该设备及工艺具有生产效率高,生产成本低,空间利用率高等特点。At present,two-step spinning and drawing equipment is mainly used for spinning nylon coir fiber in China.The one-step spinning drawing equipment of this variety is still blank in China.Beijing Chonglee Machinery Engineering Co.,Ltd.has more mature technology and products in the one-step spinning and drawing equipment of nylon split fiber mother yarn,which has laid the foundation for the development of new domestic nylon and coir fiber spinning and drawing combined equipment.The article introduces the structural characteristics and parameters of a new type of nylon coir fiber spinning and drawing combined equipment.It focuses on the technical points and configuration of the development of nylon coir fiber spinning and drawing combined equipment.The equipment and process have the characteristics of high production efficiency,low production cost,and high space utilization rate.
