浅析杭州地铁施工对树园小区31幢及周边房屋影响鉴定

摘　　要：地铁施工过程中,周边建筑物的结构影响程度加大,甚至会导致建筑主体结构遭到破坏。本文以杭州地铁施工为案例,主要分析地铁施工进程中车站开挖对周围土体结构的影响,总结周边房屋影响鉴定理论,得出更为适合于杭州地铁施工队周边建筑及房屋的影响鉴定结果。In the process of subway construction,the structural influence of surrounding buildings increases,and even the main structure of the building is destroyed.This article takes Hangzhou subway construction as a case,mainly analyzes the impact of station excavation on the surrounding soil structure during the subway construction process,summarizes the theory of surrounding houses'impact appraisal,and draws a more suitable appraisal result for surrounding buildings and houses of the Hangzhou subway construction team.
