摘 要:低渗气井在生产过程中很容易发生液相伤害,液相伤害会造成气井产量下降甚至直接造成气井停喷,准确建立低渗气井液相伤害数值模型并对准确评价其对产能的影响,对后期单井挖潜至关重要。本文在地质模型的基础上,采用对流扩散模型求解液相侵入深度,采用考虑启动压力梯度的非线性渗流方程来评价产能。通过研究给出了目标井液相伤害半径、伤害程度、绝对无阻流量和考虑液相伤害的无阻流量。研究区气井主要伤害为液相伤害,伤害半径在3.5~6.5m,产量下降约90%。Low permeability gas wells are prone to liquid phase damage in the production process,and liquid phase damage will cause gas well production decline or even directly cause gas well blowout stoppage.It is important to accurately establish a numerical model of liquid phase damage in low permeability gas wells and accurately evaluate its impact on productivity,which is of great importance to tapping potential of single well in later stage.In this paper,based on the geological model,the convection diffusion model is used to solve the invasion depth of liquid phase,and the nonlinear seepage equation considering the starting pressure gradient is used to evaluate the productivity.Through the research,the damage radius,damage degree,absolute open flow rate and open flow rate considering liquid damage are given.The main damage of gas wells in the study area is liquid phase damage,the damage radius is 3.5~6.5m,and the production is reduced by about 90%.
