调肝活血法辅助治疗难治性高血压病的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨调肝活血法辅助治疗难治性高血压病的临床效果.方法:选取2017年1月-2019年10月于我院就诊的难治性高血压病患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各30例.对照组采用二联方案治疗,研究组采用调肝活血法联合二联方案治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效、血压变化、中医症状积分及不良反应情况.结果:研究组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组收缩压、舒张压和眩晕、耳鸣、口干、便秘的症状积分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05).两组患者不良反应发生情况无明显差异(P>0.05).结论:调肝活血法联合二联方案治疗难治性高血压病的临床疗效显著,安全性良好,可明显改善患者血压情况和临床症状.Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the Tiaogan Huoxue method(调肝活血法)on refractory hypertension.Methods:60 patients were divided into the control group and the research group,each with 30 cases.The control group was treated by the dualcombination regimen,and the research group was treated by Tiaogan Huoxue method more.Results:The total efficiency in the research group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,dizziness,tinnitus,dry mouth,and constipation in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Tiaoxue Huogan method is effective on refractory hypertension,with good safety,and can significantly improve the patient’s blood pressure and clinical symptoms.
