癌性疼痛患者应用扶正培本法对改善疼痛效果的临床观察研究

摘　　要：目的:观察扶正培本法对癌性疼痛患者疼痛的改善作用,总结扶正培本法对患者卡氏评分等指标的影响.方法:选择我院符合条件的患者102例,根据患者就诊顺序的单双号分为实验组和对照组,各51例.对照组利用传统西医治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加用扶正培本法,观察两组患者生活质量指标、卡氏评分值、视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、白细胞计数(White Blood Count,WBC)、血红蛋白(Hemoglobin,HGB)、免疫指标CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8、NK细胞等指标差异.结果:实验组患者总有效率为96.1%(49/51),明显高于对照组的54.9%(28/51),P<0.05.实验组治疗不良反应5.88%(3/51),对照组不良反应为19.61%(10/51),P<0.05.治疗后实验组患者中医症状积分为(11.2±4.3)分,高于对照组为(13.5±4.6)分,P<0.05.两组生活质量指标、VAS评分、WBC、血小板(Platelet,PLT)、HGB比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后实验组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、NK细胞均高于对照组,CD8低于对照组,P<0.05.结论:扶正培本法治疗癌性疼痛患者的治疗效果显著提高,能够有效改善患者生活质量,值得临床应用.Objective:To investigate efficacy of the Fuzheng Peiben therapy(扶正培本法)on cancer pain.Methods:102 cases were divided into 2 groups,51 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was given the Fuzheng Peiben therapy more.Results:The total efficiency was 96.1%(49/51)in the experimental group,which was significantly higher than 54.9%(28/51)in the control group,P<0.05.Adverse reactions were 5.88%(3/51)in the experimental group,and 19.61%(10/51)in the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the TCM symptom score in the experimental group was(11.2±4.3),which was higher than(13.5±4.6)in the control group,P<0.05.There were significant differences in the quality of life score,VAS score,WBC,PLT and HGB between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8 and NK cells in the experimental group were higher than the control group,and CD8 was lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Fuzheng Peiben therapy on cancer pain shows good effect,can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
