三伏贴治疗阳虚寒凝膝骨痹病(膝关节退行性病变)280例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:把中药饮片加工成三伏贴,观察在三伏天采用三伏贴贴敷方法治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨痹(膝关节退行性病变)的临床疗效.方法:选取2012年6月-2018年6月我院阳虚寒凝型膝骨痹患者560例,按照就诊时间随机分成两组,在每年三伏天的头伏、中伏、末伏进行穴位贴敷治疗.治疗组采用三伏贴穴位贴敷治疗,观察组采用神灯治疗,10 d为一个疗程,连续治疗30 d.结果:两组在治疗后较治疗前从疼痛积分、功能评价、痹病临床指标类风湿因子均有变化(均为P<0.01),治疗组明显优于观察组(P<0.01).结论:采用三伏贴穴位贴敷治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨痹(膝关节退行性病变)疗效优良,方法简单,患者依从性高,值得推广.Objective:To process TCM pieces into the Sanfu patches(三伏贴),and observe the clinical effect of the Sanfu patches applied on Sanfu days on knee paralysis(knee degenerative disease)of the Yangxu Hanning(阳虚寒凝)type.Methods:560 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the time of consultation.The treatment group was treated by acupoint acupoint application,while the observation group was treated by magic lamp,a course of 10 days,and continuous treatment for 30 days.Results:After treatment,the pain score,function evaluation,and clinical indicators of rheumatoid factor in the two groups all changed after treatment(both P<0.01).Couclusion:The Sanfu patches acupoint application has excellent curative effect on Yangxu Hanningn type knee osteoporosis(knee degenerative disease).The method is simple and patient compliance is high.It is worthy of promotion.
