活血利水汤治疗四肢骨折术后肿胀的疗效观察及有效性评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨四肢骨折术后并发肿胀的患者取中药活血利水汤方案治疗效果.方法:对四肢骨折术后并发肿胀的100例患者予以选取,均为我院骨科2017年5月-2019年5月收治,应用数字表抽取法随机分组,就应用常规甘露醇注射液静滴方案治疗(对照组,50例)与加用中药活血利水汤方案治疗(观察组,50例)效果、治疗后不同时点疼痛及肿胀程度、治疗前后血浆粘度指标及炎性因子指标水平、并发症率展开对比.结果:观察组四肢骨折术后肿胀患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).两组治疗后3 d、5 d疼痛评分、肿胀程度经测验均低于对照组(P<0.05).两组治疗前,血浆粘度指标经测验无差异(P>0.05),治疗后,测验值相较治疗前均有降低,且观察组降低程度较对照组更为显著(P<0.05).两组治疗前,炎性因子即肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(Interleukin-1,IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)指标水平经测验差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后各指标测验值均有降低,且相较对照组,观察组下降程度较对照组更为显著(P<0.05).观察组并发症率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:四肢骨折术后并发肿胀的患者应用活血利水汤予以治疗,可提高临床效果,缓解疼痛及肿胀程度,降低血浆粘度,消除炎性反应,且具更高安全性,临床应用价值突出.Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the Huoxue Lishui decoction(活血利水汤)on swelling after limb fracture.Methods:100 cases were divided into 2 groups,50 cases in each.The control group was given the mannitol injection,and the observation group was given the Huoxue Lishui decoction more.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).In 3 days and 5 days,the pain score and swelling degree in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma viscosity in both groups were decreased,and the reduction in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 were decreased in both groups,and the decrease in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Huoxue Lishui decoction on swelling after limb fracture shows good effects,can improve the degree of pain relief and swelling,reduce plasma viscosity,eliminate inflammatory reactions,and have higher safety.
