自动痔疮套扎术治疗老年混合痔的疗效及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:研究治疗老年混合痔采用自动痔疮套扎术的临床疗效及安全性.方法:选取2017年5月-2018年6月我院收治的130例老年混合痔患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组65例.对照组采用吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids,PPH)治疗,研究组患者采用自动痔疮套扎术(Ruiyun Procedure Hemorrhoids,RPH)治疗.观察比较两组临床疗效.结果:研究组患者术后临床治疗总有效率为96.9%(63/65),高于对照组87.7%(57/65),P<0.05;研究组患者术后疼痛评分、机体应激指标、中医症状积分及并发症情况均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:自动痔疮套扎术治疗老年混合痔的效果好,术后疼痛时间短,机体应激指标及中医症状积分改善明显,并发症发生率低,安全性更高.Objective:To study safety and efficacy of ruiyun procedure hemorrhoids on mixed hemorrhoids in elderly.Methods:From May 2017 to June 2018,130 cases were divided into 2 groups,65 cases in each.The control group was treated by PPH;and the study group was treated by RPH.Results:The total efficiency was 96.9%(63/65)in the study group,higher than 87.7%(57/65)in the control group,P<0.05.In the study group,postoperative pain scores,body stress indicators,TCM symptom scores and complications were better than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ruiyun procedure hemorrhoids on mixed hemorrhoids in elderly shows good effects,can reduce the postoperative pain time,improve the body’s stress index and TCM symptom score,reduce complications,and have higher safety.
