中药乙肝解毒汤治疗肝胆湿热型慢性乙型肝炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究分析乙肝解毒汤配合还原型谷胱甘肽片治疗肝胆湿热型慢性乙型肝炎的临床观察.方法:选取门诊收治的72例肝胆湿热型慢性乙型肝炎患者为研究对象,分为对照组和实验组,每组各36例.对照组给予清肝毒胶囊配合还原型谷胱甘肽片治疗,实验组进行乙肝解毒汤配合还原型谷胱甘肽片治疗.比较观察各组患者临床症状的缓解情况,并比较分析实验组与对照组患者的临床疗效及肝功能和不良反应发生情况等临床指标.结果:治疗后实验组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:肝胆湿热型慢性乙型肝炎的治疗选用乙肝解毒汤配合还原型谷胱甘肽片,临床疗效较为理想,安全性高,可显著改善临床指标,具有临床推广价值.Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Yigan Jiedu decoction(乙肝解毒汤)plus glutathione on chronic hepatitis B with the Gandan Shire(肝胆湿热)syndrome.Methods:72 cases were divided into the control group and experimental group,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the Qinggandu(清肝毒)capsule and reduced glutathione tablets,and the experimental group was treated with the Yigan Jiedu decoction and reduced glutathione tablets.Results:After treatment,the effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Yigan Jiedu decoction plus reduced glutathione tablets on chronic hepatitis B is more ideal,which can significantly improve the clinical indicators,high safety,and has the significance of clinical promotion.
