荆艾草本沐浴剂治疗婴儿湿疹的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察荆艾草本沐浴剂治疗婴儿湿疹的临床疗效.方法:选择本院2017年1-6月确诊的湿疹婴儿60例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各30例.治疗组采用荆艾草本沐浴剂进行中药药浴治疗.对照组采用局部外涂氧化锌软膏治疗.两组均连用7 d为一个疗程,1个疗程后评定疗效.1个疗程后第2周随访,观察复发情况.结果:1个疗程后治疗组总有效率为96.7%(29/30),对照组为76.7%(23/30),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.192,P=0.023<0.05).治疗结束后第2周随访,治疗组与对照组评分(含复发率)比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.643,P=0.018<0.05).结论:荆艾草本沐浴剂作为一种中药外洗法治疗婴儿湿疹,操作简便,安全性高,复发率低,家长认可度高,值得临床推广.Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of the Jing’ai Caoben bath lotion(荆艾草本沐浴剂)on infantile eczema.Methods:60 case were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each.The treatment group was treated by the Jing’ai Caoben bath lotion.The control group was treated by topical coated zinc oxide ointment.Results:The total efficiency was 96.7%(29/30)in the treatment group and 76.7%(23/30)in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(χ2=5.192,P=0.023<0.05).At the end of the second week of treatment,the differences of the scores(including recurrence rate)was statistically significant between groups(χ2=5.643,P=0.018<0.05).Conclusion:The Jing’ai Caoben bath lotion is a kind of TCM external washing method on treating infant eczema.It is easy to operate,with high safety,low recurrence rate and high degree of parental recognition,is worthy of clinical promotion.
