摘 要:煤矿瓦斯检测已成为煤矿安全生产过程中最重要的项目之一,传统的煤矿瓦斯检测仪存在功耗高、体积大、可靠性不高等问题,本文提出一种基于催化燃烧原理的低浓度煤矿瓦斯检测系统设计方案。该方案以STC89C52RC单片机为核心控制芯片,采用Keil uVision为系统编程软件,8 bit高精度ADC0808为采集芯片,LCD1602为液晶显示模块。通过Proteus软件进行检测系统仿真,结果表明:检测电路实现了低浓度瓦斯的检测,减小了设备体积,提高了可靠性,降低了成本,达到了预期目的,具有一定的实用价值。Coal mine gas detection has become one of the most important projects in the process of coal mine safety production. The traditional coal mine gas detector has the problems of high power consumption,large volume and low reliability. In this paper,a design scheme of low concentration coal mine gas detection system based on catalytic combustion principle is proposed. The scheme uses STC89 C52RC single chip as the core control chip,KeiluVision as the system programming software,8-bit high-precision ADC08 as the acquisition chip,LCD1602 as the display module,and Proteus simulation software as well. The simulation test of the detection system verifies the feasibility of the detection circuit,realizes the detection of low concentration gas,reduces the volume,improves the reliability,reduces the cost,achieves the expected purpose,and has a certain reference value.
