摘 要:PID控制器的设计是"自动控制原理"课程的重要内容,Ziegler-Nichols法是一种典型的PID控制参数整定方法。该方法中比例系数K、时间常数T、延迟时间τ的确定是关键,其值可通过开环单位阶跃响应曲线的拐点及切线分析获得,拐点及切线从图形直接观察分析不够准确、快速。通过Matlab GUI仿真,实现了参数K、T和τ的直接获取,拐点及切线的绘制,PID整定参数的计算及对应单位阶跃响应曲线的显示。该仿真系统操作方便、能够直观快速地获取参数、节省了大量的分析和计算时间。该仿真系统可用于"自动控制原理"课程教学和实验教学,有助于学生对Ziegler-Nichols法的理解,提高学生的分析和设计能力。The design of PID controller is an important part of the course " Principles of Automatic Control". ZieglerNichols method is a typical method for setting parameters of PID control. In this method,the determination of proportional coefficient K,time constant T and delay time is the key. Their values are obtained by the analysis of inflection point and tangent of open-loop unit step response curve. The inflection point and tangent line are not accurate and fast enough to be observed and analyzed directly from the graph. Through the programming of MATLAB GUI,the parameters K,T and τ _ can be directlt acquired,and their graphic marking,the drawing of inflection points and tangents,the calculation of PID setting parameters and the display of corresponding unit step response curves are realized. The graphical interface makes the simulation system easy to operate,intuitive and fast to obtain parameters,and saves a lot of time for analysis and calculation. The simulation system can be used in the teaching and experimental teaching of " Principles of Automatic Control ". It is helpful for students to understand Ziegler-Nichols method and improve their ability of analysis and design.
