摘  要:高校科研实验室的安全建设工作被国家相关部门提到了前所未有的高度。通过对高校科研实验室安全风险防控管理的现状分析,探讨了高校科研实验室安全风险防控管理的内涵以及高校科研实验室安全事件的分类和特性;以安全管理学、安全心理学和安全文化学理论为基础,通过引入现代事故致因理论"2-4"模型对安全事故进行分析,构建出了科研实验室安全风险防控策略图,针对性地从下到上进行个人行为干预和控制,同时从上到下在组织层面进行协调,从而达到对高校科研实验室日常工作中的安全风险进行防控目的。Currently,the rapid development of scientific research laboratories in universities puts forward higher requirements for the further development of safety management. Its safety construction work has also been mentioned by the relevant state departments to an unprecedented importance. Through the analysis of the status quo of security risk prevention and control management,it summarizes the connotations of security risk prevention and control management in scientific research laboratories in universities and the classification and characteristics of security incidents. Safety accidents are analyzed by the "2-4" model of modern accident cause theory,a safety risk prevention and control strategy chart for scientific research laboratories are constructed. Coordination from organizational and personal behavior intervention and control from postgraduate are constructed,in order to achieve the purpose of prevention and control of the security risks in the daily work of university research laboratories.
