摘 要:根据两矿法原理,研究了采用振动研磨—同步浸出工艺从含镍钴的废锂电池正极材料和铅镍钴磁钢废料中浸出镍、钴等有价元素,考察了振动频率、球料质量比、2种废料质量比、硫酸浓度、磨浸时间对金属浸出率的影响。结果表明:在振动频率24 Hz、球料质量比4∶1、锂电三元正极废料与铝镍钴磁钢废料质量比5.25∶1、硫酸浓度0.6 mol/L、液固体积质量比6∶1、磨浸时间2 h、温度75℃条件下,镍、钴等金属浸出率均高于99.3%。此工艺流程短,成本低,是综合处理含镍钴等废料的较好方法。According to the principle of two-ore method,the process of vibration grinding-synchronous leaching was used to leaching valuable metals such as nickel and cobalt from waste lithium battery anode material and waste magnetic steel containing nickel and cobalt.The effects of vibration frequency,ball-to-material mass ratio,mass ratio of two kinds of wastes,sulfuric acid concentration,grinding and leaching time on leaching rates of nickel and cobalt were investigated.The optimum process conditions are as follows:vibration frequency 24 Hz,ball-to-material ratio of 4∶1,mass ratio of NCM battery anode scrap and Al-Ni-Co magnetic scrap of 5.25∶1,sulfuric acid concentration of 0.6 mol/L,liquid-to-solid mass ratio of 6∶1,grinding-leaching time of 2 h,and temperature of 75℃.Under the conditions,the leaching rates of Co,Cu,Ni,Li are over 99.3%.The process has the advantages of short flow and low cost.It is suitable for comprehensive recovery of waste materials containing nickel and cobalt.
