摘 要:研究了用硫酸从锡选矿尾矿中浸出铁,考察了反应时间、硫酸浓度、液固体积质量比和反应温度对铁浸出率的影响,通过正交试验确定了各因素影响主次及适宜浸出条件。结果表明:铁浸出率随反应时间延长,硫酸浓度、液固体积质量比及反应温度升高而提高;各因素影响顺序为反应温度>硫酸浓度>液固体积质量比>反应时间;在反应温度70℃、硫酸浓度1.5 mol/L、液固体积质量比4 mL/g、反应时间90 min适宜条件下,铁可以完全浸出。Leaching of iron from a tin tailing using sulfuric acid was researched.The influences of reaction time,sulfuric acid concentration,liquid volume-to-solid mass ratio and reaction temperature on leaching of iron in the tin tailing were examined.The influence order of some factors and the optimum process conditions were determined by orthogonal tests.The results show that the leaching rate of iron increases with increasing of reaction time,sulfuric acid concentration,liquid volume-to-solid mass ratio and reaction temperature.The influence order of some factors on leaching of iron is reaction temperature>sulfuric acid concentration>liquid volume-to-solid mass ratio>reaction time.The optimal experimental conditions are determined as reaction temperature of 70℃,sulfuric acid concentration of 1.5 mol/L,liquid volume-to-solid mass ratio of 4 mL/g,and reaction time of 90 min.Iron in the tin tailing can be leached completely under the optimal conditions.
