摘  要:研究了母液预浓缩后采用晶种-结晶法去除有机物,考察了晶种投加量、结晶时间、结晶温度、NaOH投加量等对有机物去除率的影响。结果表明:在晶种投加量40 g/L、结晶时间12 h、结晶温度40℃、搅拌速度150 r/min、NaOH投加量5 g/L条件下,种分母液中有机碳去除率达24.63%,草酸钠去除率达27.45%,有机碳析出量2.38 g/L,草酸钠析出量4.27 g/L。XRD分析结果表明,析出物中含有草酸钠。Removal of organics in seeded precipitation mother liquor of Bayer process was researched.The effects of seed addition amount,crystallization time and temperature,and NaOH addition amount on removal of organics were examined.The results show that under the optimum process conditions of seed addition amount of 40 g/L,crystallization time of 12 h,crystallization temperature of 40℃,stirring speed of 150 r/min,NaOH addition amount of 5 g/L,the removal rate of organic carbon and sodium oxalate are 24.63%,27.45%,respectively.The precipitation amount of organic carbon and sodium oxalate are 2.38 g/L and 4.27 g/L,respectively.XRD analysis result show that there is a certain amount of sodium oxalate in the crystalline precipitate.
