摘　　要：目的 分析双联抗血小板聚集疗法用于糖尿病合并脑梗死的临床治疗效果.方法 将2018年1月—2019年8月期间该院接收的58例糖尿病合并脑梗死患者作为研究对象,利用计算器随机法将其分成两个组别(对照组和试验组),对照组应用氯吡格雷对患者施以治疗,试验组利用双联疗法(氯吡格雷+阿司匹林)为患者施以治疗,对比两组患者在空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、神经功能缺损程度以及自理能力方面的情况.结果 试验组患者空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白指标、NIHSS评分以及Barthel指数分别为(6.44±0.41)mmol/L、(6.91±0.29)%、(11.05±2.84)分以及(77.61±4.51)分,其数据与参照组相比具有明显优势(t=11.609,P=0.000;t=19.715,P=0.000;t=4.131,P=0.000;t=15.881,P=0.000).结论 应用双联疗法为糖尿病合并脑梗死患者施以治疗,可以改善患者血糖水平和自理能力,有利于降低患者神经功能缺损程度.Objective To analyze the clinical effect of double anti-platelet aggregation therapy for diabetes with cerebral infarction.Methods Taking 58 patients with diabetes and cerebral infarction received by the hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 as the research object,they were divided into two groups(control group and test group)using a calculator random method.The control group Clopidogrel was used to treat patients,and the experimental group used dual therapy(clopidogrel+aspirin)to treat patients,comparing the two groups of patients with fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,neurological deficit and self-care ability.Results The fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin index,NIHSS score and Barthel index were(6.44±0.41)mmol/L,(6.91±0.29)%,(11.05±2.84)points and(77.61±4.51)points in the experimental group.The data had obvious advantages compared with the reference group(t=11.609,P=0.000;t=19.715,P=0.000;t=4.131,P=0.000;t=15.881,P=0.000).Conclusion The use of double therapy for diabetic patients with cerebral infarction can improve the patient's blood glucose level and self-care ability,help to reduce the degree of neurological deficits in patients.
