磷酸西格列汀与二甲双胍共同治疗2型糖尿病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨磷酸西格列汀与二甲双胍共同治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果.方法 2018年3月—2019年5月间选取该院患者74例,按随机对照原则分为参照组和研究组,各37例,对比治疗前后两组FBG(空腹血糖)、PBG(餐后2 h血糖)、HbA1c(糖化血红蛋白)、TG(三酰甘油)、TC(总胆固醇)、LDL-C(低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)、TNF-α(肿瘤坏死因子)、CRP(C反应蛋白)、IL-6(白细胞介素-6)等指标水平.结果 两组治疗前各指标水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组FBG、PBG、HbA1c、TG、TC、LDL-C、TNF-α、CRP、IL-6水平均低于参照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 磷酸西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病效果明显.Objective To explore the clinical effect of sitagliptin phosphate and metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods From March 2018 to May 2019 a total of 74 patients in the hospital were selected and divided into a reference group and a research group of 37 each according to the principle of random control.The two groups before and after treatment were compared with FBG(fasting blood glucose),PBG(2 h postprandial blood glucose),HbA1c(glycated hemoglobin),TG(Triacylglycerol),TC(total cholesterol),LDL-C(low density lipoprotein cholesterol),TNF-α(tumor necrosis factor),CRP(C reactive protein),IL-6(interleukin-6),etc.indicator level.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of FBG,PBG,HbA1c,TG,TC,LDL-C,TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 were lower compared with the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sitagliptin phosphate combined with metformin is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.
