西格列汀对2型糖尿病患者传统和非传统心血管危险因素影响的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的 探讨西格列汀对2型糖尿病患者传统和非传统心血管危险因素影响.方法 选择该院2018年6月—2019年6月收治的60例二甲双胍治疗血糖控制欠佳的2型糖尿病患者作为该次研究对象,随机分成研究组和对照组,研究组使用西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗,对照组在二甲双胍的基础上使用安慰剂治疗,观察两组的治疗效果.结果 西格列汀治疗半年后,体重、收缩压(SBP)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)等传统心血管危险因素均较前降低,C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)等非传统心血管危险因素较治疗前均有下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 西格列汀对2型糖尿病患者传统和非传统心血管危险因素均有改善作用,有利于抑制人体炎症反应和氧化应激状态.Objective To explore the effect of sitagliptin on traditional and non-traditional cardiovascular risk factors in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated with metformin for poor glycemic control from June 2018 to June 2019 in the hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into a study group and a control group.The study group adopted Sitagliptin Metformin treatment,the control group was treated with placebo on the basis of metformin,and the treatment effect of the two groups was observed.Results After half a year of treatment with sitagliptin,traditional cardiovascular risk factors such as weight,systolic blood pressure(SBP),fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG),and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1C)were all lower than before C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin 6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)and other non-traditional cardiovascular risk factors had decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sitagliptin can improve both traditional and non-traditional cardiovascular risk factors in patients with type 2 diabetes,and it is beneficial to inhibit human inflammation and oxidative stress.
