子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病的围手术期的护理分析

摘　　要：目的 对围手术期护理在子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病中的应用效果进行分析.方法 将2018年1月—2019年1月期间该院收治的62例子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者作为该次研究对象,患者入组后根据入院先后顺序将其分为对照组与实验组,对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用围手术期护理,对比护理效果.结果 ①实验组患者空腹血糖(6.0±0.8)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(7.0±1.0)mmol/L、下床活动时间(28.1±3.1)h与住院时间(9.4±1.8)d均低于对照组患者空腹血糖(7.4±1.2)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(9.1±1.6)mmol/L、下床活动时间(39.2±3.9)h与住院时间(12.2±2.2)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).②实验组患者护理总满意度为100.0%高于对照组的80.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 围手术期护理在子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者护理中有着重要的意义,在提高患者护理满意度的同时,也缩短了住院时间,提早了下床活动时间,同时可将血糖水平控制并维持在接近正常范围.Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing on uterine fibroids combined with diabetes.Methods 62 cases of uterine fibroids with diabetes admitted in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were taken as the research object.After the patients were enrolled,they were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the order of admission.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received perioperative nursing to compare the effects of nursing.Results 1.Fast blood glucose(6.0±0.8)mmol/L,2 h postprandial blood glucose(7.0±1.0)mmol/L,time to get out of bed(28.1±3.1)h and hospital stay(9.4±1.8)d The fasting blood glucose(7.4±1.2)mmol/L,blood glucose(9.1±1.6)mmol/L 2 h after a meal,time to get out of bed(39.2±3.9)h and hospitalization time(12.2±2.2)d,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).2.The total satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 100.0%higher than that in the control group,80.6%,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative care is of great significance in the care of patients with uterine fibroids and diabetes.While improving patient satisfaction,it also shortens the length of hospital stay,early time for getting out of bed,and can control and maintain blood glucose levels in the near normal range.
