摘　　要：目的 探讨健康教育干预对社区糖尿病患者胰岛素笔正确使用情况的影响.方法 选取2019年1—2月在东营现河社区卫生服务中心辖区使用胰岛素笔自行注射的糖尿病患者96例作为研究对象.随机分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=48),对照组进行日常护理干预,观察组健康教育干预,对比使用胰岛素笔自行注射的两组糖尿病患者血糖控制水平及患者满意率.结果 实施健康教育干预后,观察组血糖水平明显低于对照组,实施前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组满意度为97.92%,明显高于对照组,实施前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 健康教育干预可以使医护人员真正了解糖尿病患者当前疾病发展的需求,有效解决了社区糖尿病患者胰岛素笔使用问题,加深了医护人员与社区糖尿病患者之间的沟通交流,使患者的血糖值控制在满意水平,满意度显著提高.健康教育干预在社区糖尿病患者胰岛素笔使用中应用效果明显.Objective To explore the effect of health education intervention on the correct use of insulin pen in diabetic patients in the community.Methods From January to February 2019,96 diabetic patients self-injected with insulin pens in Dongying Xianhe Community Health Service Center were selected as the research subjects.Randomly divided into a control group(n=48)and an observation group(n=48),the control group underwent daily nursing intervention,observation group health education intervention,and compared the blood glucose control level and patient satisfaction rate of two groups of diabetic patients who were injected with insulin pen.Results After implementing health education intervention,the blood glucose level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference before and after implementation was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.92%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference before and after the implementation was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education interventions can enable medical staff to truly understand the current disease development needs of diabetic patients,effectively solve the problem of using insulin pens in diabetic patients in the community,deepen the communication between medical staff and diabetic patients in the community,and control the blood glucose to the satisfaction level,satisfaction increased significantly.The application of health education intervention in the use of insulin pens in diabetic patients in the community is obvious.
