泮托拉唑治疗2型糖尿病合并胃溃疡的护理对策

摘　　要：目的 讨论泮托拉唑治疗2型糖尿病合并胃溃疡的护理对策.方法 现随机选取2018年6月—2019年6月期间就诊于该院的90例2型糖尿病合并胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字法将其分为实验组和对照组,每组样本数为45例,两组患者均给予泮托拉唑进行治疗,对照组患者在治疗过中给予常规护理,实验组患者则给予综合护理干预,对两组患者的护理效果进行观察和评价.结果 实验组患者的空腹血糖和餐后2h水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=16.466,P=0.000;t=6.037,P=0.000);实验组患者的生活质量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.027,P=0.000).结论 针对应用泮托拉唑治疗2型糖尿病合并胃溃疡的患者来讲可以应用综合护理干预,不仅可以改善胃灼痛时间以及血糖水平,同时还能提升其生活质量,是值得推荐的护理方法.Objective To discuss the nursing strategy of pantoprazole in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with gastric ulcer.Methods At present, 90 patients with type 2 diabetes and gastric ulcer who were treated in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly selected as the research object. They were divided into an experimental group and a control group according to the random number method. Each group of samples of 45 patients were treated with pantoprazole in the two groups, patients in the control group were given routine care during treatment, and patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing intervention to observe and evaluate the nursing effects of the two groups of patients. Results The fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial levels of the experimental group were better than the control group. The statistical results were as follows, the difference was statistically significant(t=16.466, P=0.000;t=6.037, P=0.000), there was statistical significance;the experimental group of the quality of life of the patients was significantly higher than that of the control group. Statistics showed that, the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.027, P=0.000), which had statistical significance. Conclusion For pantoprazole to treat patients with type 2 diabetes and gastric ulcer, comprehensive nursing intervention can be applied, which can not only improve the time of heartburn and blood glucose level, but also improve the quality of life. It is a recommended nursing method.
