中医活血化瘀法联合二甲双胍对糖尿病眼底视网膜病变治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨对糖尿病眼底视网膜病变患者在给予二甲双胍治疗的基础上应用中医活血化瘀法进行干预的临床效果.方法 选取2017年1月—2019年1月于该院就诊的糖尿病眼底视网膜病变患者60例(98眼),对照组30例(45眼)单纯给予二甲双胍治疗;研究组30例(43眼)在应用二甲双胍基础上联合使用中医活血化瘀法.结果 治疗后研究组微血管瘤个数(10.3±2.5)个,出血灶面积(1.54±0.19)PD,渗出灶面积(1.10±0.16)PD,黄斑水肿面积(1.26±0.19)PD,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.379、8.403、5.587、3.123,P<0.05).结论 对糖尿病眼底视网膜病变患者在应用二甲双胍的同时给予中医活血化瘀法干预较单纯应用二甲双胍可显著提高治疗效果.Objective To explore the clinical effect of applying Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on the basis of giving metformin treatment to patients with diabetic fundus retinopathy.Methods 60 patients(98 eyes)with diabetic fundus retinopathy who were treated in the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected,and 30 patients(45 eyes)in the control group were treated with metformin alone;30 patients(43 eyes)in the study group combined with the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis of traditional Chinese medicine based on the application of metformin.Results After treatment,the number of microhemangiomas in the study group(10.3±2.5),bleeding area(1.54±0.19)PD,exudative area(1.10±0.16)PD,and macular edema area(1.26±0.19)PD were all low.In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.379,8.403,5.587,3.123,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the application of metformin alone,the intervention of TCM promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis method in the treatment of diabetic fundus retinopathy patients with metformin can significantly improve the therapeutic effect.
