摘 要:本文介绍了一种适用于机车压力继电器检测的试验台的设计方法与应用,采用电子与机械相结合的设计理念,运用微控技术逻辑判断,制动控制所需风压。采用软件控制进行检测与动作值校正,可根据继电器的型号参数的技术要求进行数值设定实现压力继电器动作值的快速整定测试,判断质量优劣,从而提高检修质量,降低劳动强度和安全风险。This article introduces the design method and application of a test bench for the detection of locomotive pressure relay. It adopts the design principle of combining electronic design and mechanical design and uses the logical judgment of the micro-control technology to judge the required air pressure by brake control. The software control is adopted for detection and operating value calibration. The value is set according to technical requirements for the model parameters of the relay to realize the quick setting test of the operating value of the pressure relay and judge the quality,further improving the maintenance quality and reducing labor intensity and safety risks.
