摘　　要：柴达木绒山羊羔羊是青海羊养殖产业中的一种重要品种,在实际养殖期间,易感染大肠杆菌,且随近年养殖户对抗生素等类型药物使用缺乏规范性,大肠杆菌的耐药菌株越来越多,对家畜因感染大肠杆菌患病的防治难度持续增加。该文以青海省海西州柴达木绒山羊羔羊感染大肠杆菌病例,对大肠杆菌进行分离鉴定和药敏试验。Qaidam basin cashmere goat lamb is an important breed in Qinghai sheep breeding industry,it is easy to be infected with E.Coli,and in recent years,the farmers use of antibiotics and other types of drugs is not standardized,there are more and more drug-resistant strains of E.Coli,and it is more difficult to control the infection of E.coli in domestic animals.In this paper,E.Coli was isolated and identified from the lambs of Qaidam basin cashmere goat in Haixi prefecture of Qinghai province.
