伊维菌素及887药浴液治疗犬螨虫病效果对比

摘　　要：在犬科类动物养殖中,螨虫病是危害最为严重的一种体表寄生虫病,该病会严重影响犬科类动物的正常生长发育,甚至会造成犬科类动物死亡,因此需要采取有效措施,切实做好该种体表寄生虫病的防治工作。为进一步研究伊维菌素注射液治疗犬螨虫病的效果,于2018年2月到2019年2月选取经过确诊患有螨虫病的50只犬按照随机原则将其划分为试验组和对照组,试验组的患病犬采用伊维菌素注射液进行治疗,对照组的患病犬采用887药浴液进行治疗,对比2组药物的治疗效果。试验组患病犬治疗效果优于对照组,2组之间对比差异性显著。伊维菌素是一种高效的驱虫药物,治疗效果较好,值得在临床上推广应用。In the breeding of canid animals,acariasis is one of the most serious body surface parasitic diseases,which can seriously affect the normal growth and development of canid animals and even cause the death of canid animals.Therefore,effective measures should be taken,do a good job in the prevention and treatment of this kind of body surface parasitic disease.To further study the efficacy of ivermectin injection in the treatment of canine acariasis,50 dogs diagnosed with canine acariasis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group from February 2018 to February 2019,the sick dogs in the test group were treated with ivermectin,while the sick dogs in the control group were treated with 887 medicated bath.The treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant.Ivermectin is a highly effective deworming agent with good therapeutic effect and is worth popularizing in clinic.
