摘  要:为验证父母代蛋种鸡于60日龄取消新城疫-传染性支气管炎二联灭活苗(简称ND-IB二联灭活苗)免疫的可行性,试验选取健康水平一致的1日龄“峪口京红1号”父母代鸡群60000只,其中30000只为试验组,取消60日龄的ND-IB二联灭活苗免疫。另外,30000只为对照组,于60日龄进行二联灭活苗ND-IB免疫。结果:试验组鸡群于60日龄取消ND-IB二联灭活苗免疫后,2周内的日耗料和体重增重无免疫应激影响。2组鸡群的抗体、死淘率差异不显著,均达到产蛋高峰且23~30周龄产蛋率差异不显著。2组鸡群死亡剖检均未发现IBV感染迹象。结论:取消父母代蛋种鸡60日龄ND-IB二联灭活苗免疫不会对鸡群生产指标造成影响,且可一定程度的降低鸡群免疫应激和免疫成本。In order to verify the feasibility of canceling the inactivated Newcastle disease-infectious Bronchitis Combined Vaccine(ND-IB combined inactivated vaccine for short)from 60 days of age of the parent breeder chickens,600001-day-old“Yukou Jinghong No.1”parent chickens were selected in the experiment,30000 of which were in the experimental group,and the 60-dayold ND-IB double inactivated vaccine was cancelled.In addition,30000 mice were immunized with the combined inactivated vaccine ND-IB at 60 days.Results:The daily feed consumption and body weight gain within 2 weeks were not affected by immune stress after ND-IB inactivated vaccine was canceled at 60 days of age.There was no significant difference in antibody and mortality between the two groups,and the peak of egg production was reached in both groups.No sign of IBV infection was found in the postmortem examination of the two groups of chickens.Conclusion:the Elimination of 60-day-old ND-IB biinactivated vaccine from the parents will not affect the production index of the flock,and can reduce the immune stress and immune cost of the flock to some extent.
