摘　　要：新护士规范化培训是护理继续教育的前提,其培训能直接影响护士的整体素质和护理学科的发展而健全的岗位培训评价体系,是对培训质量和培训效果的保证,可对管理者进行下一步培训计划提供决策依据。通过检索PubMed、Elsevier Science、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)等数据库中外文献,查阅分析各省医院新护士培训考核管理办法、国内外相关政策法规,发现我国新护士规范化培训考核评价指标体系的建立尚处于初级阶段,在考核评价方法、标准及模式等方面没有统一规范的考评标准。因此,为建立和完善我国新护士规范化培训考核工作提供循证依据,笔者对国内外新护士规范化培训考核评价指标体系的发展现状、存在问题和考评方法进行分析总结,以期为实现各级医院构建科学全面、规范系统的新护士培训考评指标体系具有重要理论和现实参考价值。New graduate nurses standardized training is the precondition of nursing continuing education training.The training can directly affect the overall quality of nurses and the development of nursing disciplines.The post training evaluation system is a guarantee for training quality and training effect.It provides a basis for managers to make decisions for the next training plan.We retrieved Chinese and foreign literatures from PubMed,Elsevier Science,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and other databases,consulted and analyzed the new graduate nurse training assessment management approaches in various provincial hospitals,and analyzed the relevant Chinese and foreign policies and regulations.We found that the establishment of standardized training assessment index system for new graduate nurses in China was still in the initial stage.There was no unified and standardized evaluation standard in terms of evaluation methods,standards and models,etc.Therefore,in order to provide evidence-based basis for the establishment and improvement of standardized training and assessment work for new graduate nurses in China,we analyzed and summarized the development status,existing problems and assessment methods of standardized training assessment index systems for new graduate nurses at home and abroad,so as to achieve the construction of the scientific,comprehensive,standardized and systematic new nurse training evaluation index system in hospitals at all levels.
