摘　　要：学风建设是高校人才培养质量的重要保障之一,结合新形势下高校思想政治工作的新要求,将“三全育人”融入民办高校学风建设中,对促进优良学风形成,提高教育教学质量和人才培养质量,提升学生综合素质具有重要意义。The construction of the style of study is one of the important guarantees for the quality of talent training in colleges and universities.Combining with the new requirements of ideological and political work in colleges and universities under the new situation,it is of great significance to integrate"three comprehensive education"into the construction of the style of study in private colleges and universities,to promote the formation of good style of study,to improve the quality of education and teaching,to improve the quality of talent training,and to improve the comprehensive quality of students.
