摘  要:集装箱列车"动箱不动车"编组作业方式可以利用集装箱装卸搬运设备对列车进行高效率编组,克服传统"动车不动箱"编组作业方式的缺点。分析传统平面调车和驼峰溜放调车编组作业方式存在的问题,针对集装箱列车的作业特点,综合运用龙门吊、无人驾驶自动引导运输车和轨道动力平车等集装箱搬运设备及其自动化、信息化技术,提出3种集装箱列车"动箱不动车"编组作业方式。通过比较分析各种"动箱不动车"编组作业方式的站场布置、作业流程和技术效果可知,"动箱不动车"编组作业方式可以克服传统编组作业方式的局限性,站场占地面积较小,编组作业效率较高,具有广阔的应用前景。The marshalling mode of moving-container and non-moving train improves the marshalling efficiency with loading devices and overcomes the shortcomings of traditional movingtrain and non-moving container mode.It is different from the conventional marshalling method of plane shunting and hump rolling shunting.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the marshalling operation mode of traditional plane shunting and hump shunting.According to the operation characteristics of container trains,the container handling equipment such as gantry crane,driverless automatic vehicle and powered flat car and their automation and information technology are comprehensively used,and three marshalling operation modes of moving-container and non-moving train are proposed.Through the comparison and analysis of the station layout,operation process and technical effect of different moving-container and non-moving train modes,it can be seen that,compared to the traditional marshalling operation modes,the proposed modes requires smaller area for the yard and the marshalling operation efficiency is high,so it has promising future for application.
