摘　　要：以甲状腺良性结节微波消融为例,探讨头颈外科医师手术培训的思考及探索。目前甲状腺良性结节首选的治疗方案已从开放式手术转变为超声引导下的消融治疗,因此对头颈外科医师进行系统的教学培训,使其快速掌握超声引导下甲状腺良性结节微波消融技术迫在眉睫。文章从头颈外科医师的自身特点出发,分析了其在微波消融方面的问题,系统地提出了一套以需求为牵引、重点突出实践操作的教学培训方案,有助于快速培训头颈外科手术医师。We discuss the education and training scheme for head and neck surgeon based on experiences from ultrasound-guided microwave ablation of benign thyroid nodules.Currently,the first choice of treatment for benign thyroid nodules has changed from open surgery to ultrasound-guided microwave ablation.Therefore,it is urgent to make head and neck surgeons quickly ma-ster the ultrasound-guided microwave ablation of benign thyroid nodules with systematic teaching and training.Based on the characteristics of head and neck surgeons,this paper analyzes the pro-blems in microwave ablation,and systematically proposes a set of demand-oriented and practice-focused teaching and training programs,which is helpful for the rapid training of head and neck surgeons.
