摘 要:大学课堂教学机智是大学教师在课堂教学情境中表现出来的灵活处理各种课堂突发事件和偶然事件、顺利完成教学任务的能力,是大学教师在课堂教学活动过程中合理认识和创造性解决教学实际问题时所体现出来的个体知识、经验和智慧的结晶。它具有偶然性、应变性、创造性、独特性、缄默性、生本性等特征,可以运用转移注意、因势利导、摆脱窘境、“堵”“导”变通、悬置延伸等策略。大学教师掌握一定的课堂教学机智,才能在复杂的教学情景中巧妙地采取不同的应对策略,达到理想的教学效果,实现最佳的教学境界。University classroom teaching wit is the ability of university teachers to flexibly handle a variety of classroom emergencies and accidents and successfully complete teaching tasks in classroom teaching situations.It is the crystallization of individual knowledge,experience and wisdom that university teachers reasonably recognize and creatively solve practical teaching problems in the process of classroom teaching activities.It has the characteristics of contingency,adaptability,creativity,uniqueness,silence and natural nature.It can use strategies such as shifting attention,guiding according to the situation,getting rid of embarrassment,“blocking”and“guiding”flexibility,suspension extension and other strategies.University teachers must master certain classroom teaching wits to skillfully adopt different coping strategies in complex teaching situations to achieve ideal teaching effects and the best teaching realm.
