摘  要:目的评价Williams生活技能训练对改善系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患儿父母应对方式的效果。方法2017年3—12月,便利选取于北京市某三级甲等医院儿科病房住院就诊的73例SLE患儿的父母73人为研究对象,随机分为干预组(n=37)和对照组(n=36)。患儿住院期间,对照组给予患儿父母SLE一般知识、用药知识、日常照护及注意事项等健康教育,随时解答患儿父母提出的问题。干预组在此基础上,接受Williams生活技能训练(WLST),共4次;患儿出院后每周通过微信或电话进行随访。在干预前、出院前、干预后1个月和干预后3个月,采用简易应对方式问卷评价两组应对方式改善情况。结果干预前两组患儿父母的积极应对分量表得分、消极应对分量表得分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后各个时点,干预组的积极应对分量表得分均高于对照组,消极应对分量表得分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论Williams生活技能训练能够增强SLE患儿父母的积极应对,减弱其消极应对,有效改善其应对方式。Objective To explore the effects of Williams life skills training on the coping style of parents of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)children.Methods From March to December 2017,we selected 73 parents of 73 SLE children hospitalized in the Pediatric Ward of a ClassⅢGrade A hospital in Beijing as the research object by convenience sampling.All parents were randomly divided into intervention group(n=37)and control group(n=36).During the hospitalization of the child,control group provided the SLE general knowledge,medication knowledge,daily care,attentions and other health education for the child's parents and answered questions raised by the child's parents at any time.On this basis,intervention group received the Williams life skills training(WLST)for 4 times,and the follow-up was carried out by WeChat or phone every week after discharge of children.The coping styles of two groups were evaluated with the Simple Ways of Coping Questionnaires before intervention,before discharge,one month and three months after intervention.Results There were no statistical differences in the scores of positive coping subscale and negative coping subscale of the child's parents between two groups before intervention(P>0.05).At each time point after intervention,the score of positive coping subscale of intervention group was higher than that of control group,and the score of negative coping subscale was lower than that of control group with statistical differences(P<0.01).Conclusions WLST can enhance the positive coping of parents of children with SLE,weaken their negative coping and effectively improve their coping styles.
