社区儿科医务人员小儿隐睾知信行现状调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解社区儿科医务人员对小儿隐睾的知识、信念和行为现状,分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,于2018年10月—2019年12月,选择成都市10个社区卫生服务中心儿科医务人员为研究对象。采用自行设计的小儿隐睾知信行问卷进行调查。本研究共发放问卷113份,回收113份,有效问卷108份,问卷有效回收率95.6%。结果108名儿科医务人员小儿隐睾知信行问卷总分为(127.39±18.34)分,其中知识维度(90.51±14.37)分,信念维度(22.02±2.10)分,行为维度(14.81±10.05)分。多因素分析显示,接诊或护理隐睾小儿经历、社区卫生服务中心工作年限、总工作年限、职称、职业进入了社区儿科医务人员小儿隐睾知识维度的回归模型(R2=0.773,P<0.01),工作年限、职业进入了信念维度的回归模型(R2=0.261,P<0.01),儿科工作年限、总工作年限、社区卫生服务工作年限、接诊或护理隐睾小儿经历、职称、职业进入了行为维度的回归模型(R2=0.591,P<0.01)。结论社区儿科医务人员对小儿隐睾的总体认知较低,可根据职称、职业、有无接诊/护理隐睾小儿经历、工作年限等特征,对社区儿科医务人员开展关于小儿隐睾的相关知识、技能培训与个体化指导。Objective To explore the status quo of knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)of pediatric cryptorchidism in community pediatric medical staff and analyze its influencing factors.Methods From October 2018 to December 2019,the medical staff from 10 community health service centers in Chengdu were selected by convenient sampling and investigated with the self-designed Pedicatric Cryptorchidism KAP Questionnaire.Totally 113 questionnaires were distributed and collected in this study,with 108 valid questionnaires,accounting for a recovery rate of 95.6%.Results The total Pediatric Cryptorchidism KAP Score of the 108 pediatric medical staff was(127.39±18.34),including(90.51±14.37)for knowledge,(22.02±2.10)for attitude,and(14.81±10.05)for practice.Multivariate analysis showed that the experience of receiving or nursing children with cryptorchidism,years of work in community health service centers,total years of work,job titles,and occupations entered the regression model of the knowledge of pediatric cryptorchidism in community pediatric medical staff(R2=0.773,P<0.01);work years and occupations entered the regression model of the belief(R2=0.261,P<0.01);pediatric work years,total work years,years of community health service,experience of receiving or nursing children with cryptorchidism,job titles,and occupations entered the regression model of the practice(R2=0.591,P<0.01).Conclusions Community pediatric medical staff have a low overall knowledge of pediatric cryptorchidism.Relevant knowledge and skill training as well as individualized guidance about pediatric cryptorchidism should be provided to community pediatric medical staff according to the characteristics of job titles,occupations,experience of receiving or nursing children with cryptorchidism,and working years.
