摘 要:目的探讨肠镜检查前给予基于电视平台的术前教育对患者肠道准备质量和检查配合度影响。方法采用便利抽样法,分别选取2018年1—6月和2019年1—6月于北京友谊医院行肠镜检查的患者为对照组(n=142)和观察组(n=133)。对照组接受传统口头宣教模式,观察组接受基于电视平台的视频宣教。采用波士顿肠道评分标准(BBPS)和检查配合程度调查表评价两组患者肠道准备质量和配合情况。结果观察组肠道准备BBPS总分(7.03±0.39)分,检查配合程度总分(9.19±2.58)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为-42.908、-5.454;P<0.01)。结论基于电视平台的术前教育可以改善肠镜检查患者的肠道准备质量,提高患者的检查配合度,值得临床上推广使用。Objective To explore the effects of preoperative education based on television(TV)platform on quality of bowel preparation and examination cooperation in bowel preparation among patients before enteroscopy examination.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select patients who underwent enteroscopy at Beijing Friendship Hospital from January to June 2018 and January to June 2019 in the control group(n=142)and observation group(n=133)respectively.Control group carried out the traditional oral education,while observation group received the video education based on TV platform.Quality of bowel preparation and cooperation of patients of two groups were evaluated with the Boston Bowel Preparation Scale(BBPS)and the Examination Cooperation Questionnaire.Results The total scores of BBPS and examination cooperation of observation group were(7.03±0.39)and(9.19±2.58)respectively higher than those of control group with statistical differences(t=-42.908,-5.454;P<0.01).Conclusions Preoperative education based on TV platform can improve the quality of bowel preparation and examination cooperation of patients with enteroscopy examination which is worthy of clinical promotion.
