基于自我效能理论的护理干预在COPD患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨基于自我效能理论的护理干预对COPD患者自我效能的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年5月—2019年6月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的COPD患者140例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各70例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予基于自我效能理论的护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后自我效能感评分。结果干预前,两组患者自我效能感评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者自我效能感各领域评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基于自我效能理论的护理干预可在常规治疗和护理的基础上有效提高COPD患者自我效能感,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on self-efficacy theory on selfefficacy of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods By the convenient sampling method,a total of 140 COPD patients who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May 2018 to June 2019 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 70 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing while patients in the observation group were given nursing intervention based on self-efficacy theory on basis of the control group.The self-efficacy score of patients before and after nursing was compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the self-efficacy scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the selfefficacy scores in all dimensions of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions Nursing intervention based on self-efficacy theory can effectively improve the self-efficacy of COPD patients on the basis of routine treatment and nursing,which is worthy of clinical application.
