摘 要:现代飞机制造设计行业正朝着高机动性能、高安全性以及高新材料化的方向发展,这使得飞机上出现越来越多整体结构件,它们的使用能大幅度降低飞机装配生产的工作量,提高飞机制造的整体性,推动飞机结构性能的优化发展。然而,在当前的制造加工行业中,飞机整体结构件具有特殊的加工工艺、加工材料等要求,导致加工制造过程中存在诸如变形、对制造加工机械设备要求较高等问题。对此,要采用积极有效的加工工艺技术,提升飞机整体结构件数控加工的质量和效率,推动我国制造业发展。文章就飞机整体结构件数控加工中存在的问题及对策展开了论述。Modern aircraft manufacturing and design industry is developing in the direction of high mobility,high safety and hightech materials,which makes more and more integral structural parts appear on the aircraft.Their use can greatly reduce the workload of aircraft assembly production,improve the integrity of aircraft manufacturing,and promote the optimization and development of aircraft structural performance.However,in the current manufacturing and processing industry,aircraft integral structural parts have special processing technology,processing materials and other requirements,which lead to problems such as deformation and higher requirements for manufacturing and processing machinery and equipment.Therefore,it is necessary to adopt active and effective processing technology to improve the quality and efficiency of NC machining of aircraft integral structural parts and promote the development of China's manufacturing industry.This paper discusses the problems and Countermeasures in NC machining of aircraft integral structural parts.
