超声监测下清洁灌肠在老年不完全性低位肠梗阻患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：为探讨超声监测下清洁灌肠在老年不完全性低位肠梗阻患者中的应用效果,回顾于我院行清洁灌肠的78例老年不完全性低位肠梗阻患者资料,其中38例行常规清洁灌肠(对照组),40例于超声监测下进行清洁灌肠(观察组)。比较2组患者总体疗效、灌肠次数、灌肠液使用量、灌肠后24h腹围减少值及肠道清洁度。结果显示,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,灌肠次数及灌肠液使用量均多于对照组,灌肠后24h腹围减少值明显大于对照组,灌肠后24h患者肠道清洁度满意率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,于超声监测下对老年不完全性低位肠梗阻患者进行清洁灌肠更直观,更安全,效果更好。This study was to investigate the application efficacy of through ultrasound monitoring clean enema in senior patients with discomplete low intestinal obstruction(DLIO),retrospectively reviewed the data of 78 senior patients with DLIO in author’s hospital,including 38 patients receiving routine clean enema(control group),and 40 patients receiving through ultrasound monitoring clean enema(observation group);then compared both groups’whole effect,the time-number of enema,the dosage of enema solution used,and the reduced value of abdominal circumference(AC)at 24 hafter enema,as well the cleanliness of intestinal tract.As results,in above five items observation group was significantly and respectively higher,more,more,and larger,as well higher than control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that through ultrasound monitoring clean enema applied in senior patients with DLIO is more object,more safer,and of better efficacy.
