双腔气囊尿管在混合痔TST+外剥内扎术中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：为探讨双腔气囊尿管在混合痔TST+外剥内扎术中的应用效果,将拟行TST+外剥内扎术的150例混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各75例,观察组术中应用双腔气囊尿管辅助治疗,对照组术中未应用双腔气囊尿管。比较2组患者总体疗效,术后疼痛、水肿、出血情况,以及术后1个月肛门功能。结果显示,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组术后疼痛、水肿、出血程度明显轻于对照组,P<0.05。观察组术后1个月肛门功能情况优于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,混合痔TST+外剥内扎术中应用双腔气囊尿管辅助治疗,有助于提高手术疗效、减轻术后并发症、保护肛门功能,值得临床应用。This study was to investigate the application efficacy of double-cavity balloon-tip catheter(DCBC)amidst the procedure of tissue selection therapy(TST)plus external dissection&internal ligation(EDIL)for mixed hemorrhoids,randomly divided 150 cases with mixed hemorrhoids to be subject to this procedure into observation group(75 cases,adopted this procedure assessted by DCBC)and control group(75 cases,not by DCBC);then,compared both groups’whole effect,postoperative status on pain,edema and bleeding,as well anal function at one month after surgery.As results,in above-mentioned three items observation group was significantly and respectively higher,slighter than,as well superior to control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that amidst the procedure(TST+EDIL)for mixed hemorrhoids assessted by DCBC is helpful to enhance surgical efficacy,reduce postoperative complication,protect anal function,thus worth to be clinically applied.
