RPH联合外痔切除术治疗老年混合痔的临床疗效

摘　　要：为探讨自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)联合外痔切除术治疗老年混合痔的临床疗效,将2017年2月至2019年2月我院收治的120例老年混合痔患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例,对照组行传统外剥内扎术治疗,观察组行RPH联合外痔切除术治疗,比较2组患者治疗效果。结果显示,2组总有效率、手术时间比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。但观察组术中出血量、术后24h及首次排便时疼痛评分、并发症发生率、创面愈合时间均明显少于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,RPH联合外痔切除术治疗老年混合痔患者疗效确切,术后并发症少,患者痛苦小、恢复快,值得推广应用。This study was to investigate the clinical effect of RPH combined with resection of external hemorrhoids in the treatment of senior mixed hemorrhoids,randomly divided 120 senior patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated in authors’hospital(2017-02-2019-02)into control group(60 cases,received external dissection&internal ligation)and observation group(60 cases,RPH plus resection for external hemorrhoids);then,compared both groups’effect.As results,in total effective rate and operating time there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);but,in intraoperative bleeding volume,the score ratings on pain at 24 hafter surgery and at first-time of defecation,the complication incidence,and wound-surface healing time observation group was all significantly less than control group(P<0.05).Results show that for senior mixed hemorrhoids RPH combined with resection for external hemorrhoids has determined effect,and with less postoperative complication,slighter patients’sufferings,faster recovered.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
