高纤维饮食对克罗恩病患者健康相关生活质量的影响

摘　　要：为探讨高纤维饮食对克罗恩病(CD)患者健康相关生活质量的影响,选择2018年4月至2019年4月我院收治的82例CD患者作为观察对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各41例,2组药物治疗方案相同,除此之外,对照组患者接受常规CD饮食指导,观察组患者接受高纤维饮食干预。干预4周后,采用炎症性肠病生活质量问卷(IBDQ)评估2组CD患者健康相关生活质量,并进行对比分析。结果显示,干预后2组患者肠道症状、全身症状、情感功能、社会功能评分和总分较干预前均明显升高,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;干预后组间比较,观察组各评分均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,CD患者接受高纤维饮食干预,有助于提高患者生活质量。This study was to investigate the influence of high fiber diet(HFD)on Crohn’s disease(CD)patients’health-related quality of life(HRQL),enrolled 82 cases of CD as observation object,and randomly divided them into control group(41 cases)and observation group(41 cases),both groups’medication schema were same,but,control group received routine CD related diet teaching,meanwhile,observation group just HFD intervention;after intervention of 4 weeks evaluated both group’s HRQL by using IBDQ,then compared&analysed each other.As results,after intervention,both groups’score on intestinal tract symptoms,general symptoms,affect function,and social function,as well total score ratings were significantly uplifted than before intervention(P<0.05),and,after intervention observation groups’all score ratings were significantly higher than control groups’ones(P<0.05).Results show that CD patients receving HFD is helpful to enhance themselves quality of life.
