摘  要:以固液混合石蜡作为相变物质,单壁碳纳米管为支撑材料,采用浸渍法制备应用于热能储存的形稳性碳纳米管-石蜡复合相变材料;考察碳纳米管预处理效果、添加量对相变材料形稳性、潜热存储性能和热稳定性的影响,进一步探究相变材料涂层织物的红外成像性能。结果表明:固、液石蜡配比为1:1.8时,混合石蜡熔点在30~31℃;单壁碳纳米管经酸化预处理且掺杂量为8%时,所得复合相变材料形稳性较好,泄漏率为10.60%。与混合石蜡相比,相变潜热降低10.26%,导热系数提高61.57%。涂层中含8%复合相变材料的涤纶试样光热性能最佳,比对应的涂层纯棉织物表面温度高20.13%。Using solid liquid mixed paraffin as phase change material and single-walled carbon nanotubes as support material,the shape stable composite phase change material for thermal energy storage is prepared by immersion method.The effects of carbon nanotubes pretreatment and addition amount on the shape stability,latent heat storage performance and thermal stability of phase change material are investigated,and the infrared imaging performance of phase change material coated fabric is further explored.The results show that when the ratio of solid paraffin to liquid paraffinis 1:1.8,the melting point of mixed paraffinis 30-31℃.The single-walled carbon nanotubes are pretreated by acidification and the doping amount is 8%,the composite phase change materials have good shape stability and the leakage rate is 10.60%.Compared with the mixed paraffin,the latent heat of phase transformation is decreased by 10.26%,and the thermal conductivity is increased by 61.57%.The polyester with 8%composite phase change material in the coating has the best photo thermal properties,which is 20.13%higher than the surface temperature of the coated cotton fabric with the same content.
