摘　　要：选用六种不同的整理剂对毛织物进行防水防油整理,筛选出了较佳的整理剂821H。讨论了整理剂821H质量浓度、增效剂625A质量浓度、焙烘温度和焙烘时间对毛织物防水防油性能的影响。正交试验结果表明:带液率70%,整理剂821H质量浓度70g/L,增效剂625A质量浓度15g/L,170℃焙烘70s整理的毛织物,防水等级5级,防油等级6级,手感发涩不够柔软,颜色变深.泛黄,强力增加。Waterproof and anti-oil finishing of wool fabric is carried out using six different agents,and 821H is selected.The influence of mass concentration of finishing agent 821H and synergist 625A,curing temperature and time on water-and oil-proof performance of wool fabric are discussed.Orthogonal tests show that the optimum finishing process is:70%of take-up,821H of 70 g/L,synergist 625A of 15 g/L,and curing at 170 C for 70 s.The finished wool fabric features water proof of Grade 5,oil proof of Grade 6,a certain increase in strength while a lttle decrease in soft handle and luster.
