摘　　要：采用平幅精练剂DM-1346N对棉针织物进行平幅冷轧堆练漂、冷堆-短蒸练漂及连续汽蒸练漂,并测试了应用性能。工厂大试结果表明,在棉针织物平幅练漂工艺中,DM-1346N处理织物的白度和毛效好于传统工艺,失重和强力略低于传统工艺,且生产成本有一定的优势。Three scouring and bleaching processes of cotton knitwear are carried out with the open width,such as cold pad-batch process,cold batching-short steaming process,as well as continuous steaming process assisted with scouring agent DM-1346N.The results show that the whiteness and capillary effect of DM-1346N treated fabrics are better than those of the traditional process,the weight loss and strength are slightly lower than those of the traditional process,and the production cost has certain advantages.
