摘 要:针对印染行业热定形机主要采用燃煤导热油锅炉间接加热的现状,通过分析认为导热油、天然气、电或中压蒸汽均为印染热定形机的传热载体。对4种传热载体的优缺点进行比较分析,现场中试对比,以及数年多地的运行实践,证明中压蒸汽替代导热油加热在印染热定形机上的应用理论可行,技术先进、安全可靠,具有较好的社会效益、环保效益和经济效益。In view of the current situation that the heat setting machine in dyeing mills mainly uses coalfired heat conduction oil boilers for indirect heating,it is considered that heat conduction oil,natural gas,electricity,or medium-pressure steam are heat transfer carriers for heat setting machines.The advantages and disadvantages of the above four heat transfer carriers are compared and analyzed.According to many years of operating practice,it has been proved that the application of medium-pressure steam instead of heat conduction oil for heat setting machines is feasible.It is said that the medium pressure steam is safe and reliable,with good social benefits,environmental protection and economic benefits.
