摘 要:以国际标准ISO 105/A02-1993纺织品色牢度试验评定变色用灰色样卡和ISO 105/A03-1993纺织品色牢度试验评定沾色用灰色样卡为依据,结合国内外炭黑涂料及彩色涂料等原料的筛选.制备了评定变沾色用灰色样卡国家标准样品。研究了其色差值与色牢度级之间的数学模型,评估了标准样品的均匀性和稳定性。采用多家实验室进行协作定值,并对定值结果的不确定度进行了评定。According to the ISO 105/A02-1993"Textiles-Tests for Color Fastness-Grey Scale for Assessing Change in Color"and the ISO 105/A03-1993"Textiles-Tests for Color Fastness-Grey Scale for Assessing Staining",black and color pigment is screened and the reference material of grey scale for assessing change and staining in color is prepared.The mathematical model between color deviation and fastness grade is studied.The homogeneity and stability of the reference material is evaluated.The characterizations are jointly determined by several laboratories,and the uncertainty of the characterization result is evaluated.
