劳动力价格提升与商贸流通业增长方式转型

摘　　要：劳动力价格波动是影响行业稳定发展的重要因素,文章基于因子分析方法对2006-2017年商贸流通业的发展水平进行了综合测度,构建面板数据模型分析劳动力价格对商贸流通行业发展的影响作用,结果表明:不同行业劳动力价格提升对商贸流通业的影响作用存在显著差异,餐饮住宿业劳动价格提升的负面效应非常显著,而交通运输业劳动力价格提升对商贸流通业的发展表现出显著促进作用;此外,劳动力价格提升的经济效应存在一定的区域差异。因此,要根据地方的经济发展情况,合理调整人才需求政策,科学调整就业供需结构,促进劳动力供需结构与市场经济的协调发展。The fluctuation of labor price is an important factor affecting the stable development of the industry.With the factor analysis method,this paper comprehensively measures the development level of the commercial circulation industry in 2006-2017,constructs the panel data model to analyze the impact of labor price on the development of the commercial circulation industry.The results show that:the impact of labor price promotion in different industries on the commercial circulation industry is significant.In addition,there are some regional differences in the economic effect of labor price increase.Therefore,according to the local economic development,we should reasonably adjust the talent demand policy,scientifically adjust the structure of employment supply and demand,and promote the coordinated development of labor supply and demand structure and market economy.
